Our welcome message will request ID documents from you for Anti Money Laundering checks. These will be used to perform an Equifax search and will not affect your credit file as it is purely for identification purposes. You will also receive an engagement letter to review and sign online.
You will then receive an invitation to register with our secure document exchange portal. You should use this to upload the requested ID documents for each director. The documents should include a copy of photo ID such as your driving licence or passport and a home utility bill. We will request the prior year accounts and tax computations from your previous accountant but if you can upload these as well it will help to speed things up.
You should now grant us access to your bookkeeping software. The process for this will differ according to your accounts package but don't worry we will assist you if needed. If supplying a spreadsheet or income and expenses summary, this can be done securely using the portal.
Now we work our magic! We will prepare your statutory limited company accounts from the information provided. Your corporation tax return will also be completed. Once everything is ready your accounts and CT600 will be uploaded for review and approval by you online.
Sit back and relax! As soon as you have digitally signed and approved your accounts they will be filed online to both Companies House and HMRC. You will just have the unpleasant task of settling your tax bill. Job done for another year!
